Delete your Leela Quest account

You can permanently delete your account from the Leela Quest app or request help from our support team.

Delete it in the app

1. Sign in to the Leela Quest account you want to delete.
2. Open the menu and choose User Profile.
3. Choose Delete Account and confirm.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot access the app, use our contact form and choose Privacy / Account Deletion. Send the request from the email address connected to your account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

Delete a quest without deleting your account

You can remove an individual quest and its saved journey data while keeping your Leela Quest account. In the app, open Quests, open the quest menu, choose Delete Quest, and confirm. This removes that saved quest and its reflections. Account, purchase, security, and de-identified analytics records are not removed by this action.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your active sign-in account, profile, saved quests and reflections, uploaded profile media, multiplayer membership, private intentions, and referral relationship. You will lose unused credits and access to saved journeys.

What may be retained

Purchase, refund, accounting, security, and anti-fraud records may be retained in a de-identified form where required by law or needed to protect the service. Limited backups and provider logs expire on their normal schedules. See the Privacy Policy for details.
